Okay... So... Suggestion here.

Since it appears so many are worried about the whole 'puppy boom' thing, why don't we just get rid of when you can breed/have pups. Because, honestly. I know for myself (i have four litters before the three litter rule came into effect) had three of those litters because they were needed in a plot and I had to wait till it was breeding/puppy season to get the plots continuing.

So if we got rid of when you can breed/when you can have pups, it would open up when anyone can post breed stats, and then we won't have this puppy boom issue.

I mean, we can still make it so there are more deaths and still borns in winter, more healthy pups in summer, that sort of thing, but really. Would it not be easier to just get rid of that all together?

And if seasons become an issue, I've been on more than one site that doesn't do seasons, and it's actually a lot of fun... You have more creative freedom too.

So that's my suggestion

i totally agree with this (:
it would make things a lot easier to get rid of the breeding season. i'm not sure about the seasons all together cause it seems to flow better when you have a season. everyone's thoughts are the same when it comes to the weather. but if we got rid of breeding season it would help. dogs do have pups like all year round in general. anyway.

i'm not getting rid of this. people just have to learn to not OVER create litters. Ive always had my sites with breedings seasons as most sites do. But again, people need to not create an over abundance of puppies..
