HONEnoTOCHI
objectives ,The Hone no Tochi Gang isn't interested with outside life. They don't worry themselves with the problems in other packs or Gangs. Most of the dogs here are relatively young, with plenty of years ahead of them. Their individual personalities may differ, fore the leader will take in anyone he feels may help the pack. However, all dogs must share a common characteristic: They must be willing to lay down their lives, just as their leader would, for the safety of the pack. Basically, they're a gang of misfits or canines who don't belong in any other pack/gang, or who were kicked out. Even house pets are welcomed.
THE DECREE
01. What the ruling pair say, goes. No arguments. You may, however, provide an option for the rulers to think about.
02. All members of the gang are respected, subordinates, slaves, and betrayers are exceptions, of course.
03. Respect from the King, however, is earned.
04. When King or Queen are not around, the Beta Pair are in charge.
05. Positions are granted based on what the King thinks your skills are best suited for.
06. You may, however, earn your right to a higher position, either by fighting for it, or asking the King for a quest. Quests are designed to force a canine to use the skills needed for whatever position the canine desires.
07. Slaves and betrayers cannot change positions. Subordinates may only move up positions by fighting for it.
08. Trespassers are not to be killed. Only captured and brought to the King, who will then decide what to do.
09. Should a pair(other than the King and Queen or the Duke and Duchess) want to mate, they must have permission from the Ruling Pair. This is to ensure that the gang doesn't become overpopulated.

THE EXPLANATION
[/blockquote]Ruling PairThe King and Queen are the two who set the rules and give all the commands. Instead of one being more powerful than the other, the two converse and work together, so as not to cause more fighting within the pack.
Ruling HeirThe pups of the Ruling Pair.
Beta PairThe second-in-command. When the Ruling Pair is gone, these two take over. They cannot, however, make any drastic decisions, such as choosing to go into battle with another pack or gang, unless justified(other pack/gang attacked first)
Royal AdvisorsThese dogs give advice to the King and Queen and help in the decisions. Reserved for the most trusted three members of the gang.
ElitesCanids in this section have proven the most helpful, in whichever position they have. To gain an Elite position, the dog must do a quest to test its abilities, or fight for it if there is already a dog in that position. There is one for each of the four positions.
GuardsThe guardians are used to guard the boundaries of the gang. They usually keep other dogs from invading. Guards should be well-muscled, but fast. Unlimited.
ScoutsScouts are used to send messages to and from the King and Queen. At times, they may be sent with guards to patrol the boundaries. Scouts should be quick, most likely the smaller dogs, or the canines with longer, thinner bodies. Unlimited.
HuntersObviously, hunters are used to get food for the gang. Though, technically, all members of the gang should hunt, the Hunters are designed specifically for hunting. These dogs should be quick, but have a powerful bite. Unlimited.
FightersIf/when the gang ever chooses to attack another gang/pack, the Fighters are the ones who are used. These canines should have strong muscles and excellent fighting skills. Unlimited.
SittersSitters are the pup sitters, as well as the canines who watch over the slaves and betrayers. Pup sitters are usually female, usually very soft-spoken and caring, while the other sitters are brash, sometimes cruel and brutal. Unlimited.HealersThese canines are very wise and very useful. They know how to treat wounds, and are often carried into battle to help the fallen fighters. Unlimited.
Pack PupsSelf-explanatory. The pups of any other canines other than the King and Queen's pups. Unlimited.
EldersSelf-explanatory. The older/retired canines. Unlimited.
OmegasThough Reizo doesn't commend violence, the Subordinates are used as a sort of stress-releaser. They are the weaker-minded, naturally submissive, or sometimes the newer canines who have yet to find their position in the pack. Unlimited.
SlavesAfter a fight, the slaves are the canines who were not killed, but taken hostage. Unlimited.
BetrayersThese are are the canids that were once part of the gang, but betrayed it in some way (IE: attacked the King, or made some sort of plot with a rival pack/gang to bring down Hone no Tochi, etc). Usually, they are put to death, or kept alive with regular beatings and whatever leftover food the gang has. Unlimited.
